Im 17 and in high school, Im getting my license soon and I have about 25000 to spend, and for that price I can get a 03/04 SL 500( possibly SL 55 AMG) with less than 50k miles, or a 05/06 Corvette with less than 50 k miles, or i could even lease a new Corvette and the monthly payments would be around the same. Before anyone accuses me off being a spoiled brat, I'm nowhere near rich, I've been working since i was 15 and Ive saved about 4000 dollars and i have get paid about 400 dollars a month from my current job. The rest of the money is going to come from my parents kind of as a present for doing so good through out high school (I have a 4.6 GPA). I was just wondering which car would be the best for getting female attention, and more of a "chick magnet". I know Corvettes are more sleek and sexy but the SL500 exuberates prestige, it also has an awesome hard top convertible roof, while the convertible Corvettes top is nowhere near as impressive. I've been debating over this for a while and everybodys input would be greatly appreciated, thanks! P.S. The monthly payment comes to about $500, which is about $100 a month from my parent, less than they would pay for a civic.
